You can fill out our custom product request form on the website or message us directly on social media. Be sure to include your design ideas, quantity, and desired date.

How far in advance should I book for an event setup?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance for full event setups, especially during peak seasons. Rush fees may apply for last-minute bookings.

What types of events do you design for?

We specialize in baby showers, kids’ parties, birthdays, business launches, bridal showers, and more. No event is too small to be styled with creativity and care!

Do you ship products or only offer local pickup?

We ship select custom products and all digital files. Event services and some physical items may only be available for local clients.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Do you offer design templates or digital downloads?

Yes! We have editable Canva templates, party bundles, and business tools available in our digital shop. Perfect for DIYers and business owners!
